The Witness and Judge Framework is a plain-language practice for noticing what you are feeling, understanding where it comes from, and choosing what to do next.
This is psychoeducation and coaching — not therapy, diagnosis, clinical treatment, or a replacement for licensed care.
A practice, not a clinical service
The framework is intended for staff, clients, and the founder alike. Its role in Firebird's model is to make emotional awareness something people practice in ordinary moments, including difficult conversations and decisions.
