If You Are in Immediate Danger
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or need urgent help right now, call emergency services immediately.
Call 911 for emergencies.
Firebird Holdings is not an emergency response service and this website is not monitored twenty-four hours a day.
If you are unsafe, injured, at risk of harming yourself, or believe someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room.
You Are Not Alone
Experiencing homelessness or housing instability can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing.
You may not know where to go, who to call, what information you need, or whether help is available. That uncertainty can make an already difficult situation feel even harder.
Firebird Holdings was created because people should not disappear inside the systems meant to help them. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, and respect.
As Hearthside and future Firebird campuses develop, this page will continue to provide updated information about available services, referrals, eligibility, and next steps.
Current Campus Status
Hearthside is currently being developed as the first Firebird Adult Campus.
Because the campus is still in development, services may not yet be available for direct intake. As opening information becomes available, this page will be updated with clear instructions about referrals, eligibility, contact information, and intake procedures.
We know people need help before every system is fully built. If Hearthside is not yet open or does not currently have availability, we encourage you to contact local emergency shelters, county human services, crisis hotlines, outreach teams, or emergency services when appropriate.
How Referrals Work
Firebird Holdings believes the referral process should be simple, respectful, and centered on the individual.
As Hearthside becomes operational, referrals will generally be coordinated through trusted community partners such as counties, hospitals, behavioral health providers, outreach teams, veteran organizations, and nonprofit agencies.
Referral procedures may vary depending on campus availability, eligibility requirements, funding sources, and community partnerships.
Our goal is to make the process as clear as possible so individuals and referral partners understand what to expect before someone arrives.
Referral InformationWho We Hope to Serve
Hearthside is being developed to support adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability who can benefit from a structured, supportive environment focused on stabilization and long-term independence.
As Firebird Holdings expands, additional campuses will serve different populations while following the same infrastructure-first philosophy.
Specific eligibility requirements will be published as campuses become operational and funding partnerships are finalized.
Adults
Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Couples
One of Hearthside's unique goals is to support couples whenever appropriate, helping them remain together during stabilization.
Future Youth Campuses
Dedicated campuses designed specifically for young people will be developed separately from Adult Campuses.
What You Can Expect
Every person deserves to be welcomed with dignity.
While procedures may evolve, Firebird Holdings intends every campus to provide a consistent experience focused on respect, communication, and stability.
During the intake process, individuals may be asked questions about their current situation, medical needs, support systems, housing goals, and immediate concerns. This information helps staff understand how best to provide support.
Our goal is not simply to assign a bed. Our goal is to begin building a relationship that supports long-term success.
What to Bring (When Available)
When possible, individuals may be encouraged to bring personal items that help make the intake process smoother.
- Government-issued identification (if available)
- Current medications
- Medical insurance information (if applicable)
- Important legal or personal documents
- Emergency contact information
- Clothing and personal belongings that fit within campus guidelines
- Any information provided by the referring agency
We understand that not everyone will have these items. Staff will work with residents to identify missing documentation and connect them with available resources whenever possible.
Our Commitment to Every Person
No matter how someone arrives at a Firebird campus, they deserve to be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
We recognize that every individual has a different story, different experiences, and different goals. Our responsibility is to provide structure, encouragement, accountability, and support while helping each person move toward greater stability.
Every conversation matters. Every interaction matters. Every person matters.
Community Resources
Firebird Holdings believes no organization should work alone.
If Hearthside is not currently open, does not have available space, or is not the right fit for your situation, there may be other organizations in your community that can provide assistance.
Depending on your location, resources may include:
- Emergency shelters
- County Human Services
- Behavioral health providers
- Domestic violence shelters
- Veterans services
- Food shelves and meal programs
- Housing navigation services
- Employment assistance programs
- Crisis response teams
- Community outreach organizations
As Firebird Holdings grows, this page will include a searchable directory of community resources and trusted partner organizations.
